FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the U.S.A. on ANY ONLINE ORDER of $100 or more! If your online purchase of KARIN ALEXIS items totals $100.00 or more, we will gladly ship your order to you FREE OF CHARGE.
U.S. Shipping:
We ship via standard UPS Ground service for Home Delivery (1-5 business days from time of shipping within the contiguous U.S.). For Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via air delivery only. Please allow 1-2 days for processing most orders. Sorry, UPS does not deliver to addresses that are P.O. boxes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial shipping fees. You are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges to us. If there was an error in the order on our part, we will refund you the shipping for the exchange on your credit card as well as get the correct item to you free of charge.

We ship to any legitimate address in the world outside the USA via the United States Postal Service. Please e-mail us (click here) and attach the Billing & Shipping Info page or the Review Order page in order to receive the total purchase price for your order, which will include the specific shipping/handling charges for your international address. Please wait for our return e-mail before paying by credit card online. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs procedures for your particular country.
