Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial shipping fees. You are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges to us. If you are exchanging an item of equal or greater value, we will ship the replacement at no cost to you. If there was an error in the order on our part, we will refund you the shipping for the exchange on your credit card as well as get the correct item to you free of charge.

International Shipping:
We ship to any legitimate address in the world outside the USA via the United States Postal Service. Please e-mail us (click here) and attach the Billing & Shipping Info page or the Review Order page in order to receive the total purchase price for your order, which will include the specific shipping/handling charges for your international address. Please wait for our return e-mail before paying by credit card online or acquiring your money order/cashiers check for payment. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs procedures for your particular country.  Please note that international customers are responsible for all of their respective country's applicable customs taxes and import duties.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
If you wish to ship orders to separate addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
